Changes since 0.10

BUGFIX: Attempting to configure using Demon or Foobar providers gave rise to
the error message "Unknown or missing variable in 'slipdial' at line 330".

Increment version number (most of the size of the archive :-( )

Instructions
------------
Open the archive (Upg010-011) and copy the !Acornet found inside (which only
contains the files that need to be modified) on top of the full !Acornet
application which you have already installed on your hard disc.

If you have attempted to run !Acornet 0.10 and encountered the error
described above, you will also need to delete the file:
!Acornet.Resources.!FreeUser.Files.SLIPinfo (SHIFT double-click to open the
!Acornet and !FreeUser applications as directories).  Doing this will ensure
that you are put into the configuration program when you next run Acornet,
rather than trying to run with the software only partially configured.
