 Short: SlipDial costing program
 Long:  !SlipCharg reads the log file produced by !SlipDial and calculates
        the cost of the calls recorded in the log.
        Iss 1.00 treats 2 OFFLINES as a failed call (5p cost).
        I am putting it out at issue 1 as it is now stable - until
        BT change their tariff!!
        
 The latest version (currently 1.00) can also be obtained by email as a 
 UUENCODED file from 'maillist@meers.demon.co.uk' by sending a mail with 
 subject 'SEND SlipCh'.
