Short Description:

Desk is a new version of the DeskLib library. The main changes are error
handling, names, the directory structure, and an extra build for module
code. There are also a few new functions and sub-libraries.

The reason for the new library is that it wasn't possible to update
DeskLib to use the new error handling while preserving backwards
compatibility.

Desk is released as a set of Zip files:
* Core            The main library, headers etc.
* StrongHelp      StrongHelp manual generated from the headers.
* Sources         All source code, makefiles etc etc.
* Examples        Not much in here yet.
* Builds          Differently compiled versions of the library (for
                  modules, with debugging enabled etc)
