Description:

ToolLib is a library of functions for OSLib/Toolbox programmers. Although
fairly small at the moment, it has some powerful features such as exception
handling and interfaces to the Toolbox SaveAs system that make Type 3 saving
(i.e. in-memory or file) a complete doddle.

Facilities provided by ToolLib include: allocate, application, backtrace, box,
ci_string, error, exception, fast_trig, list, message, nevent, nev_message,
nev_toolbox, nev_wimp, saver, save_buffer, set, shifting, shifting_send,
tbx and text_plot.
